Buying in bulk is a great way to save money! Whether it is a side of pork or beef, you will be getting all cuts for around $6.50 or less per pound. This includes all premium cuts, like ribeye steak, bacon, chops and filet mignon. Plus you get the added benefit of choosing exactly how you want your meat cut up:

Our beef and pork are both sold for $2.99 per pound LIVE weight. There is also a deposit required. $1000 for a whole beef, $750 for a half beef, and $100 for either a whole or half pig. Filling out the order form will allow us to invoice you for the deposit, which reserves your animal. Once the animal is brought to the processor and weighed, the final invoice will be sent. You as the customer will then fill out your "cut sheet" for the processor and a couple weeks later pick up your meat!
